Esta construção, típica da região, com cerca de um século de existênca, foi o local escolhido para se instalar a destilaria. O prédio foi totalmente reformado e reforçado com concreto e paredes de alvenaria, mas mantendo-se as característcas originais.

O prédio abriga as áreas de moenda, fermentação, destilação, envelhecimento e engarrafamento.

Our facilities are located in a 100-year-old barn-style building typical of the region. The old barn has been reinforced with concrete and brick walls but the original style has been preserved.

The building houses the crushing machine, the fermentation tanks, the distiller, the homogenizing tank, the aging area and the bottling room.
